We’re aware that some customers in and around the Aberdeen and Dundee areas are experiencing a loss of service, this may also include the surrounding areas of Brechin, Fairmuir, Forfar, Kirriemuir & Perth.

We’re now aware that this loss of service is due to a major cable break on the Openreach network. Our engineers are working with Openreach to repair the damaged cable and restore service as soon as possible and would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused at this time.
